HB Clinic Terms & Conditions

 

At HBClinic, we are committed to providing a professional, welcoming, and relaxing experience for every client. To ensure smooth operation and the highest standard of service, we ask all clients to read and agree to the following terms and conditions when booking an appointment.

 

Appointments & Booking

 

  • All appointments are subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.

  • By booking with HBClinic, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

 

We kindly ask for sufficient notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

 

  • 48+ hours notice: No charge.

  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% of treatment cost charged.

  • 0–24 hours notice / missed appointment: 100% of treatment cost charged.

 

Cancellations must be made by phone. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media.

 

For pamper packages or multiple-treatment bookings, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice. Failure to provide this will result in a 100% charge.

 

Missed Appointments / No-Shows

 

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit and/or full treatment charges.

 

Outstanding balances must be settled before future appointments can be booked.

 

Arrival Policy

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

 

Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or appointment rescheduling, depending on availability.

 

Consultations & Consent Forms

 

Certain treatments require consultation and consent forms to be completed before treatment.

 

Clients must provide accurate medical and personal information. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and results.

 

Treatment Results & Refund Policy

 

All treatments are carried out to a high professional standard. However, results may vary from person to person.

 

  • Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  • All treatments are undertaken at the client’s own risk.

  • We do not offer refunds on treatments or services completed.

 

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Courses & Treatment Packages

 

Courses are offered at discounted rates and are valid for 6 months from purchase date, unless otherwise stated.

 

  • Courses are non-transferable.

  • Courses cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Courses are generally non-refundable.

 

In exceptional circumstances, HBClinic may offer a pause, transfer, partial refund, or service exchange at management discretion.

 

If HBClinic cannot fulfil your course, unused sessions may be refunded or exchanged.

 

Gift Vouchers

 

  • Gift vouchers are redeemable in clinic only unless stated otherwise.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.

 

The responsibility for using vouchers before expiry lies with the recipient.

 

Therapist Requests

 

We will always do our best to accommodate therapist requests; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

 

If therapist availability changes, our cancellation policy still applies.

 

Children Policy

 

For insurance and safety reasons, we operate a strict no children policy unless prior arrangements have been agreed.

 

Salon Etiquette

 

To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we ask all clients to:

 

  • Keep noise levels low

  • Put mobile phones on silent

  • Take phone calls outside where possible

 

Promotions & Offers

 

Promotional offers are subject to availability and may have additional terms and conditions.

 

HBClinic reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.

 

Appointment Reminders

 

Appointment reminders may be sent via SMS or email as a courtesy.

 

It remains the client’s responsibility to attend appointments on time. HBClinic is not responsible for missed reminders due to incorrect contact details or technical issues.

 

Age Requirement

 

All treatments are available to clients aged 18 years and over, unless otherwise stated.

 

Policy Updates

 

HBClinic reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time where necessary. Updated policies will be made available in clinic and/or online.
